Our workshops are based on the Amazon 5 Star book 'I Need To F-ing Talk To You: The Art Of Navigating Difficult Workplace Conversations' and provide your employees and leaders with the practical tools they need to take early proactive action to address work issues as they arise and therefore save your company time and money.

We work with you to create real life scenarios that will give your employees and leaders an accurate simulation of the difficult conversations they will have in the workplace with:
 

  • EMPLOYEES,

  • CO-WORKERS and/or

  • CLIENTS and CUSTOMERS.

We use professional actors who are experts in improvisation techniques, so they are able to ‘become’ the characters in the scenarios, allowing your employees and leaders to practice in real time. This ensures both a realistic and fun learning experience for participants.

By allowing your people to practice in real time they are able to demonstrate during the workshop a positive change in behaviour and then return to the workplace and put their learning immediately into action.

Pricing To Suit Your Budget

From self paced video courses, half day or one day workshop to a combined blended training program of a total 24 hours of learning over a 6-12 week period (eligible for the Alberta Job Grant*), we have a training solution to fit your needs and budget.

Alberta Job Grant - Pay Only 1/3 Of The Cost

If I asked you to give me $5 and in return I’d give you $15, would you do it? If I told you that you could pay only $8,000 and I’d give you $24,000 worth of training for your team, would you do it?
 
The Alberta Job Grant* is a training program that does just that. It’s been in existence for several years, but amazingly is one of the most underused sources of government funding. And the best part is you remain in control. Unlike most government funded training programs you, the employer, get to decide who gets training and what type of training they get. This way, you can customize your the program to what is needed for your employees.
 
You are only required to contribute one-third of the total training costs. Government contributes two-thirds of the cost to a maximum of $10,000 per trainee per fiscal year. Basically, you get some of your tax money back to fund your company’s employee training. 

* The Canada-Alberta Job Grant is closed for applications until March 31, 2025. This closure is due to the federal government's decision to cut funding delivered under the Canada-Alberta Labour Market Transfer Agreement.

We also offer you a 30 day full money back guarantee if you and not completely satisfied with training. * I’ve offered this guarantee for over 25 years and never had a client request it.

 

The obvious one…are you flexible on pricing?

Yes we are, we can customize a workshop or program to fit your budget. We also offer a multi-product discount e.g. if you want to book multi workshops for different locations and/or teams. We also offer a great offer for a fully customized program of 24+ learning hours that qualifies for the Alberta Job Grant (where the government pays 2/3 of your training costs).
